services

Healing is a journey. Let’s get started together. If nothing else, therapy offers a safe space to be witnessed on your path, whatever it may look like.

What can I expect during our first session?

Our first session is a space for us to get to know each other better. We’ll settle in, relax, and make sure you feel comfortable! I’ll be asking lots of questions about all the different factors in your life to try to best understand your history and all the experiences that not only bring you into therapy at this time, but also make you, you. It’s also a space for you to ask me any questions you might have, for us to brainstorm some hopes & goals together, and above all else, for you to feel heard and held.

Therapy looks different for each person, and I’m happy to tailor our sessions to meet your needs. Let’s talk about what working together could look like!

CONSULTATION & SUPERVISION

I offer consultation to licensed clinicians and reflective supervision for pre-licensed clinicians looking for learning, reflection, and support on cases related to reproductive, perinatal, and infant mental health, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.

I also offer supervision services for the right candidate through a fellowship program. The fellowship program is a part-time (1099 contract) associate psychotherapist position that supports pre-licensed clinicians to learn and grow in their skills as a clinician and work towards their goals of opening a private practice. Fellows must be post-grad and registered as an SWC in the state of Colorado. The program is meant to support you to build your own caseload and take clients with you when you become fully licensed. This position comes with:

  • $200/year CEU stipend to put towards either perinatal mental health, EMDR, or Somatic Experiencing training

  • flexible schedule and ability to build your own caseload and take it with you upon gaining your full licensure

  • fully virtual or free office space usage for clients

  • administrative and business support in building your own private practice

  • free weekly or bi-weekly supervision depending on caseload

  • deep, reflective container for exploring your learning as a therapist in supervision

  • $60-75/hour paid client hours

You will gain knowledge of:

  • differential diagnosis and assessment

  • proper treatment planning and documentation

  • trauma- informed treatment

  • attachment theory

  • humanistic, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches to therapy

  • your own identity as a clinician, including your unique gifts and strengths

To apply, email maggiesaltiel@gmail.com with your interest in this program and career goals as well as your resume to set up an initial call.

Good Faith Estimate

The No Surprises Act requires healthcare professionals, including therapists, to provide good-faith estimates of medical items or services for uninsured (or self-paying) individuals. This is in an effort to help you better understand what you can expect to pay for services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a good-faith estimate before you schedule a service. For questions or more information about your right to a good-faith estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Insurance & Sliding scALE

I am not panelled with private insurance, however I can provide a “superbill” (a formal insurance statement) for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. Your reimbursement depends on your policy, but generally, once you meet your Out of Network deductible, our sessions would be eligible for full reimbursement.

In an effort to make therapy feel accessible to all individuals, I offer a sliding scale on a financial need basis. Please reach out to inquire about sliding scale options if you’d like to work together but my fee is a barrier.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for 48- hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. My cancellation fee is the full fee of your session. If we are able to reschedule in the same calendar week, I will waive the cancellation-fee. If I do not have the availability, or you are not able to reschedule within the same calendar week, I will charge the full fee. Life happens!- Anything that can reasonably be understood as an emergency is exempt from this policy.
