Hi! I’m Kedri! I’m a Colorado- based therapist committed to your healing journey. I believe this journey is very personal, and that everyone should feel empowered and supported along their unique path. By cultivating a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I will walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey.

In my work with clients, I’m dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to your unique needs, timeline, and circumstances. I know flexibility in how you receive therapeutic support is important. I also know that feeling safe, connected, heard, and seen by your therapist is important.

I take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on your strengths, hopes, and goals. I have advanced training in EMDR as well as other trauma-informed somatic and attachment based techniques including Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), EFT & Tapping, and Mind-Body skills. By employing EMDR and other trauma-informed techniques, I aim to empower you to heal and thrive. Together, we’ll explore the unique challenges you face and develop strategies for feeling better that resonate with your personal journey.

Fee: $150/ 50 minute session
